As always, the sketch comes first, and then lines and the finished product later. I just think its really neat to see the first draft, then the end result side by side sometimes.
I rarely keep track of what I've drawn, as well as the process that goes into a drawing. Luckily I've been able to save the working progress to the finished drawing.

Thats usually the easiest way to be happy really. Make some short goals and acheieve them one goal at a time. I've set up my work schedule to look forward to paydays(fridays), and water day (wednesday) and now, im thinking about turning my savings account into my figurine account savings. Mostly because today they announced that Altair, a really high quality figurine company is making a Rin figurine and I really want to have the trio of Haruka, Makoto and now Rin. It's going to be expensive to even find a Makoto and Haruka unless they have them on backorder through amiami.com, but I still want to try. I'd preorder Makoto but, preorders are closed and I really, REALLY, dont want to go to amazon or ebay where he's being priced at $140 and up. AmiAmi.com has him for about $90 to $100 plus shipping, but still, i trust amiami for it more than an amazon seller..... Anyway, speaking of figurines! My little collection is growing! And then, I went and caved and preordered these, and they'll be set to release in September and October. Plenty of time to save up for those crazy international shipping costs.
Wow! Where did the time go?! It's been about a month since I've updated my blog and website, and while I'm still figuring things out, the next thing on my agenda is to save up for my trip to Ohio for a week!
And my very first plane trip! I have been asked to color in some tattoo designs, as well as a logo design. And I'm being a little overwhelmed with work. Now I'm working two jobs, and I'm gone all day. There's so many things I want to buy to help my art out. (New laptop, new tablet, maybe an ipad or windows tab.) But there's also saving I need to do for July and my sisters baby shower and baby and commandeering of my old room, not to mention figuring out how to move all my stuff from my home back in South Texas, to here in Austin before the baby is due in June. (a 6hr drive and no days off makes this very hard) But it is summer time, and in honor of the new season of Free! I've decided to make a new hand written shirt/sticker design. So thats another thing I'll be working on. Wish me luck! Halloween on Tumblr was a fun time! I went into ask boxes and left the message, "trick or treat!" and I got some really cute treats! These were the drawings I did for trick or treaters that came by my blog! :')
Started working on sports tees inspired by the summer anime, Free! Iwatobi Swim Club. It's a super fun show that I've come to enjoy. All designs are currently hosted on my Redbubble profile, in their own little collection. I really want to order one of my designs one day, ahaha. One day.
